Hathway broadband been one of the largest internet service provider. Recently one of my friend told me that he is getting annoyed by the automatic logout problem in his broadband.I started hunting to find the solution for this problem. I searched whole internet and reffered their official website and did not find the solution.Finally I came to one conclusion that it is not possible to make hathway broadband connection never logout.

You should enter your user name and password in irder to use the internet after every time you restart your broadband or if it restarts due to power failure.
