Hi, are you waiting for the adsense pin which should have reached you but not yet reached. Here are the options to verify your adsense account if you have not received the PIN after several attempts.
1. Google will send you a PIN to verify your account when you reach $10. Google will not send pin untill you reach $10. Once you reach $10 and generated a PIN then don't worry, It will normally take 3 -4 weeks to reach you.
2. If you don't get the PIN after 4 weeks then there must be an error in the address which you have provided. Check address once again provide proper landmark and request Google to resend the PIN.
