- Do not leave ATM as soon as you face this problem.
- Take a mini statement - In case you dont receive receipt Helps you when you lodge complaint.
- Be there only for sometime, See, the next person has got the amount or even he also faced the same problem.
- If the ATM center is attached to bank, Go and inform the bank about it.
- Go and give one Letter to your home branch with ministatement, copy of passbook to you bank.
