  • Remove device and after sometime try to connect it again, make sure that network signals are available. If not resolved, try to change the port and connect it again. 
  • Device LED is not blinking than also user will get above error than please call 1800 266 121. 
  • If the device is still disconnected or unavailable, pls uninstall and reinstall the drivers once and check. Issue not resolved please call 1800 266 121.
