ACT Internet is not working - What to do?

It really annoys if internet do not work all of sudden, because many things depends on it. I Will give info about some basic trouble shooting.Before going forward, connect LAN cable directly to your system.

Physical Copper Issue
If you see Network Cable Unplugged status on your LAN settings,then that could be physical issue.ACT uses wired technology, In case it damages you will not get service. you need to log a complaint to restore the service.

169.x.x.x series IP
Go to command prompt and execute "show IP config", If you find 169 series IP, Log complaint and will be solved by technical team.

192.x x x Series IP
Go to command prompt and execute "show IP config", If you see 192 series IP. Goto LAN adapter setting, IPv4 address and check "Obtain IP automatically" and "obtain DNS automatic".

10.x.x.x series IP
Go to command prompt and execute "show IP config", If it is 10 series IP, do IP release renew.If not solved, try with different system.
