System Issue (Clean Up required)
  • Ensure that “ Hybrid ” has been selected as “Network preferred Mode”. (Options is available in “Settings” menu) 
  • Check real time speed from “ www.speedtest.net ” or “speedtest.ttml.co.in” if speed has not been capped and getting less than 256 Kbps speed, Go to “RUN” command and Type “%temp%“, Few files will appear delete those files. 
  • Go to “Run” command and type “cleanmgr” - > OK - > Select check boxes - > OK and confirm actions. Post that check speed from the same website.
  • If still getting slow speed (Less than 256 Kbps) for photon plus & ( Less than 512 Kbps) for Photon Max , call 1800 - 266 - 1 21

  • Change it to “Whiz/CDMA” and if still not working then do the activation process. 
  • For Activation Process, go to “Settings ” option,
  • Click on “Activate” button - Select “Postpay/Prepay” as per service type.
  • Click on “OK” button then click on “Activate without PIN no” tab. 
  • As soon as process gets completed try to connect. 
  • If issue resolved then disconnect the session and change “Network Preferred Mode” to “Hybrid” and try to connect. 
  • If issue not resolved then call 1800 - 266 - 121

2 . For Photon+ MAX 
  • Go to “Settings” option and click on Network Setting option.
  • Delete old profile and Create New Profile with Username as “ Photon no. @revb.ttsl.in” and password “ Photon no ”
3.  For Other Modem
  • Go to “Settings” option and click on Network Setting option.
  • Delete old profile and Create New Profile with Dailing (access) no - #777 - Username and password “internet”.
